Plans are in place for a new neighborhood that will bring homes to the Savannah Riverfront for the first time in 200 years.
Upper East River has released details on its ‘River Homes’ collection that will make up just part of the new Eastern Wharf development in downtown Savannah.
The 4-bedroom, 5-bath homes include 4 floors, with a private elevator, and are priced around $1.99 million.
Each home features a river-view terrace on every level as well as a carriage house with its own entrance.
The River Homes are one of the types of single-family residences, which range from 2-bedroom townhouses to penthouses, that will be part of the Upper East River development. Homes start at $600,000.
