With dozens of visitors in the past few weeks, new reservations made all the time, and more local agents coming to view our beautiful neighborhood, Upper East River has been bursting with activity! It’s a good thing our development team has been just as busy! Keep reading for a few exciting building updates.
Adler:
More residences are closing in preparation to welcome their new owners, many are continuing to move through to new construction phases. Buildings 7, 8, and 9 have recently begun concrete excavation!
River Homes:
Building 1 of River Homes is getting closer and closer to completion! Roofs have been installed on the carriage houses and fourth-floor decks, all exterior windows have now been set, we are beginning to build the courtyard staircases, and our plumbers have been working their way through each homesite. All of these homes have been sold, but contact our sales team to learn about more River Homes coming soon, and be sure to check out the fly-through!
J.J. Corry:
For J.J. Corry’s second building, we’ve prepped and poured garage slabs and dust caps, which allows framing to begin! Trusses have also been delivered and structural steel will be set soon. The first building is sold, but we are taking deposits for the second! Get in touch with our sales team if you’re interested.
The Mayors:
This one is thrilling for us: Building 1 has received approval to proceed! We have notified our partner contractor and look to see mobilization in the coming weeks. Our most exclusive offering, with penthouse-style homes that each encompass their own floor, The Mayors now has only one residence left for purchase in the first building. View the fly-through to see the beauty still to come.
The Hamilton:
The Hamilton will be Upper East River’s lock-and-leave luxury condominium offering. The concept is one of freedom to come and go as one pleases, from the heart of our gorgeous riverfront community. And it has already proven a desirable one. We are currently taking reservations for first selections, and the list is 51 people deep! We expect to complete design drawings by the middle of November.
Geo. Meyer House:
Drawings continue to move along, and we’ve recently brought on a pool designer to help us work through the structural design and architectural finishes. (We’re imagining those amazing summer afternoons already!)
All in all, that is some exciting stuff! The hard work and dedication of our architecture, building, and contracting experts, as well as all of the partners who help them on a daily basis, always impresses us. Go team!
